The AI calculates Cash Flow Risk Ratings on a daily basis for each customer. The Cash Flow Risk AI Commentary feature allow the user to understand how the AI has derived its rating for the customer.
Customer Workbench User Configurable Display Columns
A new feature to all the user the choice of which columns they want to display on the Customer Workbench.
Customer Risk Notification Portlet Sticky Settings
If the user clicks a column heading to sort the entries on the Customer Risk Notification Portlet, that choice is now saved. Subsequent visits to the portlet will display the entries in the same sequence.
