Redesign of the Task Workbench Timeline Popup

The Task Workbench Timeline popup has been redesigned. It now aligns with NetSuite’s use of Oracle Redwood Design Studio, and has undergone a rationalisation of presentation.

  • The timeline now highlights the selected Action,

  • The selected Action is displayed with full page width,

  • Sending of an ad-hoc email is moved from the right third of the page, to a separate tab; that also is displayed full page width,

  • New Promise button is removed, and the functionality is displayed in a tab,

  • New Dispute button is removed, and the functionality is displayed in a tab,

  • Creation of new Tasks is now embedded into the time line,

  • The time line is now updated without the page refreshing.

Expansion of Credit Report capability to other entity types - Vendors, Partners, Competitors & Other Name

TaskCollect’s credit reporting functionality has been extended onto all other entity type records: Vendors, Partners, Competitors & Other Name. Each entity type can be enabled independently via TaskCollect’s main configuration.

More granular auto-onboarding of Customers

When configuring Customer records to automatically link to the Credit Agency, it is now possibility to independently choose for the credit report download to be automated and the placing the placing of the customer under monitoring portfolio.

This supports use cases where upstream applications may have already performed credit checks for a customer, but you still want to place the customer under monitoring portfolio; without consuming a Credit Report.

Support for Credit Reports containing over 1,000,000 characters

TaskCollect now supports the ability to download Credit Reports that contain more than one million characters.
